Hello Friends,

Fellow colleague and alumni brother Dan Coudreaut was recently honored by TIME magazine in an article highlighting the changes in food and menu at the burger giant.

He and his staff have raised the quality of ingredients, as well as taste profiles on the menu.

McDonald’s ┬áhas always had chef’s working in the R&D kitchens, but no one has been given as much creative freedom and influence as Dan.
