Next Evolution of Mobile Food Trucks

Street Food is gaining traction with the latest round of food trucks creating quite a buzz in the media and dazzling customers.

An American Express Market Briefing Report highlighted that 2010 figures indicate that 1 in 4 consumers had visited a food truck in the last six months. This was an increase of over 50% from the same study a year ago.

I love these food truck vendors. They are WAY big up in Austin and the food is simply amazing. How creative and inexpensive for a chef to start his or her own restaurant with minimal capital investment

Love the food trucks, for the consumers they are amazing. Not sure they have a sustainable business model though.
